This project is to design a treatment plan for AMD sites in this area.The discharges at the Reasinger emanate from an area that has been both deep mined and surface mined for both clay and coal.Numerous discharges with different chemistries originate in the area. These will be sampled to assess the water quality, determine the potential success of source reduction activities, and to design a future treatment system.
